Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

Les presentes Conditions Generales de Vente (CGV) regissent les ventes de produits effectuees via notre site internet. Toute commande passee sur le site implique l'acceptation sans reserve des presentes CGV.

Article 2 - Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may exist between photos and actual products.

Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be informed and refunded as soon as possible.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are shown separately and are added to the product price.

Article 4 - Orders

The customer can place an order without creating an account (guest checkout) or by logging into their customer area. The order is only final after payment confirmation.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer upon payment validation.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via the secure Stripe platform. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

Payment information is encrypted and never passes through our servers.

Article 6 - Delivery

Deliveries are made within mainland France. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment of the package.

In case of a damaged package upon receipt, the customer must note reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 8 - Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

In case of a conformity defect, you may request replacement or refund of the product.

Article 9 - Liability

Diceworld ne saurait etre tenu responsable des dommages resultant d'une mauvaise utilisation des produits achetes. Les produits doivent etre utilises conformement a leur destination.

Article 10 - Personal Data

Article 11 - Customer Service
